This Privacy Policy applies to our technology-driven staffing and care management and advocacy services, and any accompanying digital health tools, features, or products that we may develop (“Services”) and website, mobile applications, blog, or other areas where we collect or receive PI about you (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using this Platform, you affirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service and that you understand, agree to be bound by, and acknowledge all the terms contained herein. Protected Health Information (PHI) Under HIPAA
As part of providing our Services, we may collect certain Protected Health Information (PHI) from patients, which is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Specifically, we act as a Business Associate (as defined by HIPAA) when we are providing administrative, operational, scheduling, or other services to a healthcare provider, and the healthcare provider is a Covered Entity as defined by HIPAA, and also when we receive PHI about a patient on behalf of a healthcare provider.

This Privacy Policy applies to certain Personal Information that we collect about you as a User when we are not acting as a Business Associate under HIPAA. If you are a Care Team Member, we collect Personal Information from you and about you, which may include:
- Contact Information. This includes your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address. We use this information to provide the Services to you and communicate with You.
- Demographics. This includes Your date of birth and/or age, gender, race, ethnicity, and any language preferences or proficiencies. We use this information to improve the delivery of healthcare by accommodating patient preferences for Care Team Members.
- Login credentials. This includes a username and password that you create if you create an account with us to engage or participate in our Services.
- Geolocation. This is information that identifies your specific location. We use this information for a number of reasons, including coordinating in-home healthcare visits and your access to and participation in our Services, as well as monitoring visitor traffic to our Platform to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

- Clinical Staffing Information. We collect information that helps us efficiently and effectively manage clinical staffing needs. This includes information already described above and other metrics and information regarding utilization, reliability, availability, clinical skills and proficiencies, Patient satisfaction ratings, prior and upcoming shifts, and prior shifts with any given Patient. This may also include the details and contents of any messages that Care Team Members send between each other via the Platform to coordinate the delivery of healthcare.
We intend to retain each of the above categories of Personal Information for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, fulfil your requests or inquiries, and improve our Services.
